Cant complain, took a few days off with some stuff going on and wasn't expecting to come back and throw up any big numbers but was pretty happy overall. Need to focus on receiving and pulling the bar back to my body in the clean its been me catching it too far in front and not being able to stand up with it, but felt like a good session
