A) Work Up to 95% Snatch Single

B) 4x5 Snatch Pulls @ 105%

C) Work up to 92% Clean and Jerk

D) Front Squat 3x5 (increase weight from last week)

Results:

A) 185/205/215/220/225/230

B) Complete @ 255

C) 225/235/245/255/265

D) Complete @ 255

* Havent had time to get conditioning in, tomorrow I will try to use as an active rest day and get some running in
