Conditioning: 

10:06 - this was actually a really fun workout, it would have been alittle more difficult if I was able to complete the Mus unbroken but my hand is ripped open and it took everything i had just to just up and grab the rings - I am going to revisit this in a couple of weeks and see where I am at.
