12 Box Jump Overs @ 30inches
2/4/6/8/10 Clean and Jerks @ 185 (increasing reps/round)

*everything felt good, it was just a fun workout to get back into training. The last 4-5 days have been really laid back and unfocused. ready to get back on track and looking forward to the Invictus camp in a couple weeks
